What materials will I need for the 2-Day training?
- Wear clothes that allow you to comfortably practice light yoga movements and that are easy to sit in throughout the day.
- A yoga bolster, pillow, or blanket will be helpful for the periods of time when we’re doing exercises or sitting on the floor.
- Bring a writing instrument. You may also want to bring a highlighter or other tools to annotate your manual.
- Pack a water bottle, lunch, and snacks.
